Tom Lillie recently retired from P&G after 25 years of working in the development and deployment of laboratory-based applications. At P&G, Mr. Lillie led the raw material group and integrated LIMS capabilities in Health Care Analytical. His career then moved into the Fabric & Home Care Division, where he established an integrated Quality Assurance and Chemical Safety program for R&D. Over the past 10 years, he has collaborated with ChemSW, and now Biovia, to develop a material management system that standardizes and simplifies the ordering, qualification, distribution, and inventory control of chemicals, packaging materials, finished products, and equipment for R&D. Mr. Lillie led the deployment across 18 technical centers in eight countries. Most recently, Mr. Lillie helped establish the LabOne collaborative program between Biovia and P&G.
