Bill was vice-chair of the AIHA-LAP Analytical Accreditation Board when he testified on the technical requirements for lab accreditation needed for the proposed new silica standard to the U.S. Department of Labor in Washington, DC. His testimony was specific to the portion of the proposed rule dealing with a lab’s abilities to meet the proposed reporting limits in the new rule for silica testing.
